  • The power of visualization
“I am thought. I can see what the eyes cannot see. I can hear what the ears cannot hear. I can feel what the heart cannot feel.”
    • Peter Nivio Zarlenga, American Businessman.
That how powerful visualisation can be! It goes beyond any chains of fear or any other limits. Visualising is daydreaming but with a purpose. There is this uncanny grandeur in knowing that in the realm of thought - you are without a chain, that you have the right to explore all heights and depth, that there are no walls nor fences, nor prohibited places, nor sacred corners in all the vast expanse of thought!
  • The Power of Persistence
A little boy has just been given a new bike by his parents. That boy has never been on one before. But he really wanted to ride one. So naturally he practices. The boy falls numerous times. He even scraped his knees on the pavement. The mother seeing her child like that wanted him to stop. But the little boy refused to do so. He practiced all the way to the afternoon and by the end of the day, he was dirty and scraped in several places. But the boy did learn how to ride and that was more than en
  • The Guiding Principle
Directed thought has immense capabilities. In fact it is from thought that all that ever was, is and will be, comes from. What an exciting revelation! So does this mean that all we have to do is direct our thoughts towards something and then it manifests? The answer to this is yes and no. Yes, with our thoughts we create our reality and no, even though we can use thought to create our reality, there are guiding principles which we must follow; otherwise our success cannot bring us the peace we
  • The Dynamic Effects of Attitude
Successful people typically have one thing in common and that is their way of thinking. A driving ambition and unwavering perseverance pushes those who enjoy success to chase their dream and that same wilful attitude allows them to catch that dream as soon as they have the chance. Successful people know that anything is possible. They see a new opportunity around every corner and know that they can enjoy the happiness and triumph they desire.
  • The Amazing Power of Thought
The human mind and our own individual thoughts, as well as the actions resulting from those thoughts, are one of the most powerful influences on everything that exists, everything that has existed, and everything that ever will exist. By just the power of our mind, we can create! While human thought does hold the power to bring things into existence and we can bring about change through directed thinking, our minds alone can not create the peaceful existence we each long for.
  • Setting yourself free from negative emotions
The way we feel is largely determined by outside circumstances. In other words we are victim to external factors. If another driver cuts us off on the road, our mood immediately changes and we become frustrated and start swearing.
  • Rain-dancing
One day as I was trawling the internet for self help material, an article by Anisa Aven struck me. Anisa was talking about rain-dancing. Even though I knew what it was I never linked it to the manifestation process.
  • Power of thought
There is a famous saying that goes, “Man is what his mind is.”

Humans are controlled by their minds and each action that it takes is based on the thoughts generated. These thoughts, no matter what the situation is, reflect the nature of man, his behaviour and aspirations. One famous philosopher once said, ‘Circumstances do not make a man, they reveal him’.
  • Inside Out Approach
It is very easy to place the blame of failure on someone else. People always tend to take the easy route of placing the responsibility for something going wrong on other people, situations or external factors. In fact it is human nature to point the finger. Oh yes, we are all self exalting, never accepting that we can go wrong. Whether we aware of it or not, each one of us has an ego, and it is this ego which leads us to finger pointing behaviour.
  • Handling Setbacks Strength, hope
Life is a grindstone. Whether it grinds us down or polishes us up depends on us.
    -Thomas L. Holdcroft

Setbacks as we may call them are an evolutionary process which is necessary to our development. They are a learning stage. Sure, we may face trying times but what is important is not to get stuck in that moment. We must learn to lift our mentality beyond what can be seen, and go deep within ourselves for answers and solutions.
To remain stuck is to be weak and defeated.
  • Goal Setting
It is said that God has planned something specific for each one of us. Each one of us has come on this earth to fulfill His peculiar motive; but we need to follow our intuition and pursue our purpose.
  • Desire:The Fuel for Success
Desire and our ability to want is often the primary reason we achieve our dreams. Take for instance, Abraham, who wanted a child so badly that he had the strength to believe in the promise of God and move forward, despite his age, until he had that child he so strongly desired.
  • Creating the Right Environment
“No man is an island.” You have probably heard this saying at one time or another. It may be such a cliché but it is true. Every person, no matter how introverted, still reacts with others. The truth is, every person cannot just live alone, no matter what he does. And because people interact with others, these people around him affect what kind of person he is. In fact, the whole environment of a person has an effect to his character. But mostly though, it’s the other people around that influenc
  • Building Self Awareness Activities
Building self awareness is certainly a crucial part in personal development as by being aware of ourselves we become aware of what areas need development. So many of us puddle through life without knowing who we are and wandering why we get the results we get.
  • Being in the Moment
Man has got into the habit of always wishing and attempting to live in the future, but we can only live in the moment. Yesterday has gone past and tomorrow is guaranteed to none of us; but today is here before us, so lets make the best of it. We can never live tomorrow, or yesterday but only today. Hence, it is important to celebrate each day which is a special gift from God to us, and make it special and unique. We should live each day as if it was the last day in our life and strive to accomplish all our heart’s desires.
