The Power of Self-Esteem!
Every day I receive mail from all over the world from women suffering from a lack of inner power to get through the day, due to a low self-esteem. It does not only affect their relationships at home, it also follows them into their work place, where they are being suffocated from a lack of confidence.
SEX, Self esteem, and ME !
It is a three letter word that has more punch than Mohhamad Ally`s fist. No offence meant there. On a more serious note, SEX is definitely a key in ones well being, or higher self esteem.

Life tends to overwhelm us over and over again. We seem to focus on the more negative things life throws our way. This can be very wearing on our relationships, so what we need to do is be aware of this fact, first and foremost. Then we have to sit and really think about a few things that we can do to battle against that happening.

The abuser will tell them things like, "Daddy loves you and wants to show you how much", or " I am teaching you what daddy’s teach their daughters so that you will grow up and know how to be a good woman".
