A weather radio monitors everything from forecasts to weather bulletins and warnings. All in all, amateurs and professionals can learn a lot through the use of a weather radio. And of course, members of the general public can also find these to be quite helpful.
2. Windspeed Indicator: One of the most fun weather instruments to have is a windspeed indicator. Believe it or not, these can be exciting to use, and at the same time they are useful in a number of different ways. There are many people who regularly rely on windspeed indicators. They include climbers, kite flyers, surfers, sailors, engineers, and many others. No matter who you are, there is a chance that you will get great fun out of using a windspeed indicator. As mentioned before, a lot of people also use these for work or while having fun with their favorite hobby.
3. Digital & Analog Hygrometers: You will come across both digital and analog hygrometers as you become more interested in the weather. You can use one of these in order to measure humidity in enclosed spaces such as your home or office. These are also a great way to determine if your air conditioner and/or humidifier are working properly.
These are three weather instruments that both amateurs and professionals can use on a regular basis. If you are interested in learning more about the weather, look into starting out with these tools. Weather radios, windspeed indicators, and hygrometers may seem basic on the surface, but they surely have quite a bit of fun to offer, while also allowing you to learn at the same time.
