Using Tile and Grout Cleaning Tools

Spray the cleaner on and let it rest there for the recommended amount of time indicated in the instructions. Wipe off with a damp sponge or cloth and remember to rinse thoroughly with hot water. Follow up with a disinfectant spray to prevent mold and mildew from growing back.

If soap scum is allowed to build up on tile for too long, even the best cleaner alone will not be able to wash it away. In cases like this, you will need the help of a strong scrub brush for large spaces. Best to choose one with a telescopic handle so you will not have to stand and risk slipping off the edge of the tub. Some of these brushes are also created to effectively help remove calcium carbonate deposits left by hard water.
