Almost everyone ever dropped out from their exercise programs at least once. Sometimes we need social life. That is the usual excuses by most people. Do you need it? Of course. But you should reschedule your fitness plans so you can balanced your life. Eating health but not tasty foods everyday is boring. Go to gym everyday is also boring. Sometimes we want to quit because we got bored of our own activities but quitters never win. You should remember that. 1.You need planning. When asked, “Why did you go to gym yesterday?” many people will answer, “I want to stay healthy”, or “I want to build my muscles”, or another answers which are similar. But you should have a “clear target”. For example, your weight is 80 kg, but now you want to lose 5 kg or 10 pounds. Then that’s it! Go to gym, start exercising, and keep saying to yourself, “I want to lose 10 pounds. Period.” So you will have different motivations with another people. With this kind of motivation, you will never quit. Even if you have already achieved your goals, you will want to start new plans.
2. Rearrange your exercises program if you have life in the way. Most people don’t have time for their exercises because of their social life or work. You need to reschedule your exercises. For example, you always go to gym after work, now if you can’t, why don’t you go to the gym before work?
3. This is the most important. Focus on your own goals. Many people compare himself to others, you shouldn’t do this because everyone created with unique genetic. If someone can lose several pounds in a week and you can’t, don’t get frustrated.
4. Always try harder. Many people only lift two dumbbells in half hour and they are happy to tell their friends they have done their exercises that day. Silly. If you want to achieve your goals, always try harder. Don’t get satisfied only with minimalist efforts.
5. But you should not work harder than you can achieve too. You have your own “level”. Muscles need time to grow, you can’t instantly build your muscles. When you tired, get rest. Overtraining will not give you any benefits. Try harder when you think your muscles are ready.
6. Stay away from alcohol. Sometimes I heard people consuming alcohol just because they thought drinks with alcohol are high-class drinks. Stupid, I must say. Stay away from alcohol, and don’t go to pub if you don’t need it. I know it is hard for you but you must be discipline if you want to stay healthy.
7. You need improvements in your exercises. When you got bored, try another methods. For example, you want to build your chest muscles. If you never tried push-ups, now try it. This can prevent you to be bored with exercises.
8. Never forget to eat. Some people don’t want to eat because they want to lose weight instantly. This will not help you. And don’t forget to always stay away from quick weight loss products, they will scam you.
9. Get rid unhealthy snacks from your table. Drink and eat only healthy snacks, make sure you always eat some veggies and fruits every day. And when you want to eat high calories foods for your lunch or dinner, make sure you don’t eat too much of them.
